It's a new year...with new opportunities...and new challenges...and a new way to BCA!
Since its launch in 1955, the BCA workshop has been a high point of the year for BCA members. Exploring new places, making new friends, learning new ways to tell the old, old story, BCA members have come to anticipate and embrace the annual workshop.
This year, there's going to be a transformation of the tradition. In 2021, all things will be made new with the BCA workshop.
BCA leaders are taking the workshop to a whole new level of innovation. The 2021 workshop, originally scheduled — or rescheduled — for April 19-22 in New Orleans is now going to be virtual-only. The 2021 virtual-only workshop is for this year only, but it might just open our eyes to new ways BCA can serve its members.
No need to jump on an airplane or make your lodging reservations or rent a car for the 2021 workshop. That's right, from the comfort of your own home or office, you can enjoy all that the beloved annual BCA workshop has to offer.
With the theme, Innovate!, BCA members will be inspired to reach deep within and discover innovative ways to live out their God-given communications gifts. We will even manage to have some fun and make meaningful connections along the way!
Make plans now to join us on Tuesday, April 20, noon until 4 p.m. EST for BCA's 2021 virtual workshop! And, just think about this, as a participant in BCA's first virtual workshop, you will be a part of making BCA history!
For $125, you can join your fellow BCA members for two incredible keynote addresses, a variety of informational and inspiring breakout sessions, a couple of quick glances at communications innovations from this past year and, of course, the ever-popular gathering of our affinity groups. You will be able to participate with others across the nation as the day unfolds and then go back anytime you want after April 20 to review a session or even tune into something you may have missed. Just consider your $125 investment an "all-in pass" to BCA's first virtual workshop!
Then, on Wednesday, April 21, at noon EST, our annual workshop will culminate with the celebration of our 2021 BCA award winners. Gather with your colleagues on that day to discover and virtually applaud those who will be recognized for their exceptional, God-honoring communications work.
Note: For all of you who registered for the 2020 workshop and allowed BCA to transfer your registration fees to the 2021 workshop, you will be receiving an email soon from BCA executive director Margaret Colson with important information and options related to that registration fee.
